§ MR. J. K. CROSSIt is proposed that the Commission shall proceed with the delimitation this autumn, so as to make definite progress before the winter sets in, when it may be difficult to carry on the work. But I am unable, at present, to state the precise date when it will commence its work, or the period during which it will continue.
