§ SIR CHAELES W. DILKEThe Local Government Bill, as at present drawn, does not deal with the subject referred to by the hon. Baronet. It was contemplated that that question would be dealt with in a separate Bill. It is not deemed desirable to introduce the Local Government Bill until there is some probability of its receiving the attention of Parliament.
