§ SIR ARTHUR HAYTERIn reply to the hon. and gallant Gentleman the Member for Berwick, I have to say that the Committee appointed to inquire into the administration of the Royal Hospitals, Chelsea and Kilmainham, the Royal Military Asylum, and the Royal Hibernian Military School, has concluded its Report; but the replies of the Governing Bodies were only received towards the close of last month. They are, together with the Report, before the Secretary of State for War; and after he has considered them, he will probably be enabled to lay the Report on the Table of the House.
