§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEMr. Ribton's claim has not yet been decided upon. The smaller claims were dealt with first. Mr. Ribton's claim, which is among the larger amounts, will, it is understood, come up shortly for decision. I may add that the Commission is an International one, over which Her Majesty's Government have no control.
