§ MR. LABOUCHEREI wish to ask the Prime Minister, Whether he intends to bring forward the Vote, during the present Session, of money to Sir Garnet Wolseley and Sir Beauchamp Seymour; and, if so, whether full Notice of the day on which the Vote is to be taken will be given?
