§ MR. TREVELYANThe cases referred to in this Question were originally commenced in the Civil Bill Court, and were subsequently transferred to the Land Commission Court. A case thus transferred takes its place in the books of the Land Commission as of the date of transfer, not the date of the entry in 1291 the books of the Civil Bill Court. These cases will be listed for hearing at the next sitting of the Sub-Commission at Virginia, commencing on the 11th of December.
