TREVELYAN, in reply, said, that His Excellency was now in communication with the Colonial Office in regard to the question of emigration to Canada and other Colonies; but it would not be possible to reply fully to the inquiry of the hon. Member, inasmuch as the Arrears of Rent (Ireland) Bill, he was sorry to say, had not yet become an Act.
