§ MR. TREVELYANI think, Sir, in these critical matters I had rather answer on Notice. On the main Question, as to whether it is the case that 23 persons have been arrested at Loughrea on a suspicion of being accessory to murder, I am bound to say, after spending the best part of the day in reading the instruments and documents relating to the arrests, that I think the Government had no choice in the matter.
