asked the Postmaster General, Whether he has received a Memorial from the letter-carriers of Belfast, and to what extent they will benefit by his proposed new scheme?

MR. FAWCETT,

in reply, said, that the Memorial had been received, and that the letter-carriers of Belfast, as of other places, would receive increased pay, together with good conduct stripes and other advantages.
