asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whe- ther the Government propose during the present Session to introduce a Bill to regulate every kind of close in shore sea trawling, and to prevent undersized fish being exhibited for sale?

SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT,

in reply, said, the Government had no idea of legislating on the subject referred to during the present Session.
