§ MR. W. E. FORSTER, in reply, said, he was glad to be able to say that a special pension of£40 per annum had been awarded to Mrs. Kavanagh so long as 1253 she remained unmarried, and of£2 10s. to each of her children until they attained the age of 15 years.
