asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether a Review of Scottish Volunteers will be held by Her Majesty at Edinburgh this year; and, if so, on what date?

In reply to my hon. Friend, I beg to state that Her Majesty authorizes me to inform the House that she hopes to hold a Review of the Scottish Volunteers in the Queen's Park, at Edinburgh, on some day between the 20th and 31st of August.
