§ MR. J. HOLMSIf the hon. and gallant Member refers to the directions which have been given to omit exporters' names from the Bill of Entry B, the answer to his Question is that such directions were founded on a recommendation made by a Departmental Committee appointed to inquire into the work of the Bill of Entry Office last year. That recommendation was made on account of the objection taken by exporters to the practice of publishing their names. I may add that as importers have no objection to their names being published, the names of importers are still published as hitherto.
