§ MR. W. E. FORSTER, in reply, said, that any Member who was interested in the matter would keep the Returns for the previous mouth. He should like to give the information to which the noble Lord referred; but he was not sure whether monthly Returns could be published during the Recess. These Returns were published as Parliamentary Papers.
