gave Notice that on Monday he should ask a Question of the right hon. Gentleman the Chief Secretary for Ireland as to an outrage said to have been committed on the agent of Mr. Herbert at Muckross Abbey in the county of Kerry, Ireland, whose ears were said to have been cut off by a band of men who broke into his house in the night time.
