DILKEThe first information of General Skobeleff's recall was received on the 22nd ultimo, and was confirmed by a despatch from Lord Dufferin of the 26th ultimo, which appears in the Papers laid before Parliament (Central Asia, No. 3.) I am unable to state the exact date on which the orders for General Skobeleff's return were despatched from St. Petersburg.
