gave Notice that the noble Earl would move the following Resolution on the Motion for the second reading of the Bill:— That this House, while willing to consider favourably any just measure, founded upon sound principles, that will benefit tenants of land in Ireland, is of opinion that the Land Law (Ireland) Bill is, in its main provisions, economically unsound, unjust, and impolitic.
