§ Mr. SPEAKERinformed the House, that he had received from Mr. Justice Grove and Mr. Justice Bowen, two of the Judges selected, in pursuance of The Parliamentary Elections Act, 1868, for the Trial of Election Petitions, a Certificate and Report relating to the Election for the Borough of Wigan.
