§ MR. W. E. FORSTERSir, I am very sorry that it would be impossible for me to give an answer to the Question of my hon. Friend. It would be impossible for me now to state what provisions will or will not appear in any measure we may hereafter lay before the House; but I can assure him the Land Question in all its branches is receiving the closest attention of the Government, and will especially receive my own attention between now and the next Session.
