There has appeared in some of the newspapers telegraphic news, copied from an Indian paper, supposed to possess 29 authentic sources of information—The Lahore Gazette—purporting to be the Government programme for the arrangement of affairs in Afghanistan. May I ask, whether the Government has received any official communication in accord with the alleged programme of The Lahore Gazette?
