We have the honour to inform you that the Petition complaining of the Return for the City of Hereford has been withdrawn by leave of the Court. We have also to inform you that, in the opinion of the Court, such withdrawal was not the result of any corrupt arrangement or in consideration of the withdrawal of any other Petition.
