CHILDERS,in reply, said, that the Select Committee had been appointed a few days ago; but there had been a difficulty in filling up two of the vacant places in consequence of two Members who were Members of the Committee last year not having been returned to this Parliament. He would place the names of two Members on the Paper that evening.
