§ MR. NEWDEGATESir, in reply to the hon. Member for Cavan, I beg to state that I gave Notice of this Resolution at the close of last Session, and that I renewed it on the first day of this Session. I trust that if the House adopts this Resolution it will facilitate the passing of many measures, including among others the Bill for the Relief of the Irish Distress. I cannot accede to the request of the hon Member.
