HC Deb 20 February 1880 vol 250 c1106
SIR WALTER B. BARTTELOT

asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether any answer has been received from Sir Garnet Wolseley with regard to the state of our troops in South Africa; and whether, if so, it will be laid on the Table of the House?

COLONEL STANLEY,

in reply, said, that an answer had been received, and that if the hon. and gallant Baronet wished to move for its production there would be no objection to lay it on the Table of the House.
