§ MR. SCLATER-BOOTH, in reply, said, he had already informed the hon. and gallant Gentleman that he had no authority whatever over this registration. He had mentioned the matter to the Lord Advocate, who, he believed, had telegraphed to Scotland to make inquiries on the subject.
