§ COLONEL ARBUTHNOTasked the Secretary of State for War, Whether the Committee appointed to inquire into the question of the service of Officers under twenty years of age and other matters has made its report; and, whether he will lay that Report upon the Table of the House?
COLONEL LOYD LINDSAY, in reply, said, the Committee had made its Report. The Report had not yet been submitted to the Secretary of State for War; but he had every reason to believe that as soon as this step had been taken the document would be laid upon the Table of the House.
