asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign. Affairs, Whether he will lay upon the Table of the House any documents the Government may have received from Her Majesty's Ambassador at Berlin relative to the Treaties entered into by the German Government with Samoa and other islands of the Pacific?

MR. BOURKE

, in reply, said, documents on the subject would by-and-bye be laid upon the Table. At present, however, this could not be done, as negotiations were still pending.
