asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Whether he can arrange to publish, in the forthcoming Transvaal Papers, a Copy of the Judgment of Mr. Justice Kotzé, in the case of White v. Rudolph, delivered at Pretoria on the 17th of May?

SIR MICHAEL HICKS-BEACH,

in reply, said, that he had not received a Copy of the paper referred to; but he would send for a Copy.
