HC Deb 07 July 1879 vol 247 c1727
SIR WILLIAM FRASER

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he would, by the offer of reward or pardon to an accomplice, or by other means, endeavour to obtain conclusive evidence as to the cause of death of the person whose remains were found at 4, Euston Square, on the 9th of May?

MR. ASSHETON CROSS

I have had no Report from the Treasury, or the Law Officers, or the Judge, with regard to this case. If, from anything I should hear, I should have any reason to believe that the offer of a reward will produce a satisfactory result, I shall offer one.
