BOURKEIt appears that in May last Mr. Morier, Her Majesty's Minister at Lisbon, stated that he would take an early opportunity of calling Lord Salisbury's attention to the unsatisfactory state of the commercial relations of the two countries; but it does not appear that any despatch has yet been received from Mr. Morier such as is referred to in the Question of the hon. Gentleman.
