§ MR. PARNELLsaid, he would venture to suggest, in addition to what had fallen from the hon. Member for North Warwickshire (Mr. Newdegate), seeing the great anxiety which was now felt as to the safety of Her Majesty's ships in the East, that the right hon. Gentleman the Chancellor of the Exchequer should have placed in the Library a Map marked so as to show the positions at present occupied by Her Majesty's ships. [Cries of "Oh!"]
