NEWDEGATEobserved, that now that these additional warlike preparations 207 were announced, it was very desirable that the Chancellor of the Exchequer, who had placed in the Library a Map showing the boundaries which the Russian Government proposed to establish in Eastern Europe, would also place in the Library a Map showing how Her Majesty's Ministers proposed to correct the boundaries which Russia sought to establish.
