§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERI can only say, with regard to the Question of the hon. Member, as I said just now, that this is a question of International Law arising between two 2057 foreign countries, and upon such question Her Majesty's Government have not, at present, expressed any opinion.
