§ SIR H. DRUMMOND WOLFF
asked Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether Her Majesty's Government can present to Parliament any Report or Memorandum already in existence, or to be prepared for the purpose, giving the history of the political conditions established at different times with reference to the navigation of the Black Sea, the Bosphorus, and the Dardanelles?
§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER,
in reply, said, he had inquired at the Foreign Office, and found that there was no Report or Memorandum of the kind referred to by his hon. Friend which could be presented to Parliament; but there would be no objection to lay on the Table extracts from the various Treaties bearing on the subject, if his hon. Friend would move for them.
