§ SIR ALEXANDER GORDONasked the Secretary of State for War, Whether he proposes to move for the appointment of the Select Committee to inquire into the Mutiny Act and the administration of Military Law, which last year, in reply to the late Sir Colman O'Loghlen, he held out hopes would be appointed this Session?
MR. GATHORNE HARDY,in reply, said, that he had not changed the intention which he held out last year, that there would be a Committee on this subject.
