§ VISCOUNT SANDONAs I informed the House last Session, it is the intention of the Government to introduce a Bill next year for continuing the Railway Commission. I am giving my most careful consideration to the subject; but I must beg leave to be excused from stating what will be the provisions of the intended Bill until we bring the measure itself before the notice of Parliament.
