asked the Under Secretary of State for India, Whether he would lay upon the Table the Correspondence and Papers relating to the suspension in April 1876, of Mr. Weld of the Madras Civil Service, for, as magistrate of the Nagapatam Tanjore district, causing the exhumation of a body of a Saniyasi buried on the banks of a drinking water reservoir at that place?
