HC Deb 23 April 1877 vol 236 c829
MR. LTON PLAYFAIR

asked the hon. Gentleman the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether his attention has been called to the accounts in The Times and The Daily News of the alleged massacre of Christians by Turkish troops at Eski Saghra; and, if so, whether Her Majesty's Government have received any information on the subject?

MR. BOURKE

The only information the Government have received is in a telegraphic report received a day or two ago, and that will be found in the Papers I have laid on the Table of the House, and which will be published in a few days. The Paper is Turkey, No. 22.
