§ SIR CHARLES ADDERLEY, in reply, said, that a searching inquiry had been ordered at Falmouth, where the Royal Sovereign put in. That inquiry would be continued to-morrow in London, and the Report, when presented, would be laid upon the Table of the House, together with other Papers relating to scurvy in the Mercantile Marine, which he regretted to say had lately increased. The owners of the Royal Sovereign had freely placed at the disposal of the Boarb of Trade all the documents and invoices showing from whom their stores were purchased.
