ASSHETON CROSSin reply, said, he had communicated with the Lord Chancellor on the subject, and he was informed that the gentlemen who had been appointed Official Referees under the provisions of the Judicature Act were 303 Mr. Anderson, Q.C, one of the Examiners of the Court of Chancery; Mr. Dowdeswell, Q.C., of the Oxford Circuit; Mr. Charles Morris Roupell, of Lincoln's Inn, and Mr. H. W. Verey, of the Home Circuit.
