§ MR. DILLWYNasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the Ordinances which have been prepared for constituting and endowing Church bodies for the Anglican and Ro-man Catholic communities at Gibraltar?
§ MR. J. LOWTHER, in reply, said, it was not usual to lay before Parliament the draft of measures which were under consideration; but, in this instance, if his hon. Friend would like to see the 263 ordinances to which he referred, he (Mr. Lowther) would be glad to show them to him if he would be so good as to communicate to the Department on the subject.
