HC Deb 10 March 1875 vol 222 c1593

Order for Second Reading read.

MR. P. A. TAYLOR

said, the Bill had not been printed. He thought it should not be proceeded with until hon. Members had an opportunity of seeing it.

MR. STEPHEN CAVE

said, this Bill was never printed before the second reading, as the principle was not controversed, but the discussion was always taken in Committee. He would take care that ample Notice should be given to hon. Members of any Amendments before the Motion for going into Committee.
