asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether Captain Niven, 1st West India Regiment, having been with his regiment in the Ashantee War, was left with three other officers at Prahsu, in command of a small garrison; and, whether three of the officers have not been carried back to the coast, in fever, leaving Captain Niven alone, without medical assistance?
