Member for East Sussex (Mr. Dodson), of his intention to move that it be referred to a Select Committee; and in the event of the Government thinking fit to persevere with the measure, he should move that the University Tests Bill, introduced by the hon. Member for Brighton (Mr. Fawcett), should be referred to the same Committee.
