MR. GLADSTONEI take this opportunity of giving an answer to the Question put to me yesterday by the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Buckinghamshire (Mr. Disraeli) in reference to the reply of the American Government to the Despatch of Lord Granville, dated the 3rd of February, and addressed to the American Minister. We are informed, by telegram, from Sir Edward Thornton, that the Despatch, which I presume will be addressed to the American Minister here, will leave America this evening.
