Members may be exposed, the hon. and learned Member intends to revive that discussion?
§ MR. BUTTsaid, he had received no Notice of this Question, and he could only repeat what he had said on Friday morning last. The matter did not rest with him, but with the House; but as far as he was concerned, he had not the slightest intention of withdrawing his Motion.
