asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Why only extracts from the Cuban Despatches are published in the Slave Trade Papers; and, whether he will publish those parts of them which describe the present state of affairs in the Island?

replied that he was afraid he could not comply with the request contained in the latter portion of the Question. All the Papers that could be submitted to Parliament without detriment to the public service had been presented.
