MR. GRANT DUFF, in reply, said, that no answer had yet been received to the telegram relative to the number of regiments of the Queen's Army in possession of muzzle-loaders on the 1st of October last. As soon as the Report on the subject was in the hands of the Indian Department it would be laid on the Table.
