§ MR. LAYARDsaid, in reply, that the crypt under St. Stephen's Chapel had been completed some time. There was still something to be done with the baptistry, and he was going to ask for a small Vote this year to complete it. The crypt was now ready for Divine Service, but it was for the House to determine whether they wished Divine Service to be performed there, and if so, to provide the endowment for a clergyman.
