§ MR. STEPHEN CAVEThere have been frequent communications on the subject of Storm Warnings during the Recess between the Meteorological Committee of the Royal Society and the Board of Trade. I hope to lay the final arrangements on the table of the House on Monday next. I had therefore better defer answering that part of the Question referring to the resumption of the storm warnings until after that day.
